TECHNICAL FEATURES
- First, CNC Hydraulic Press Brake machine is with European Synchronized controller. It fully control Y1, Y2, calculate based on material and tool library;
- Automatic bending procedure optimization by CNC controller, engineer can adjust the steps according to actual design;
- Y1, Y2 is measured with high accurate optic scalars. Measured signal will be feedback to CNC controller timely.
- European proportion valves will control left and right cylinder’s movement according to controller’s command.
- Back gauge is with long pitch – precision ball screw and liner guide. Moving speed is higher; repeat accurate is higher;
- Back gauge of Synchronized CNC Hydraulic Press Brake machine is driven by servomotor for X-axis. There are optional R, Z-axis.
- Back stop fingers are with two steps, which will convenient for various part fabrication;
- Working table is with automatic crowning system, wedge structure is applied.
- Side and rear protection fences are standard for up to 200T machine. For Synchronized CNC Hydraulic Press Brake machine more than 400t, optic safety sensor will be optional.
- Low noise and high efficient gear pump is standard configuration;
- Ram is with Anti-tilt device for machine protection;

- DELEM DA52S 3+1 Axis control, Y1, Y2, X, V (Automatic Crowning for plate deflection); Max can be up to 4+1 axes for DA52S; Optional DA56S, DA58S, DA66T controllers have extension modular to control more axis according customer requirements;
- European Optic scalers and BOSCH Rexroth Proportion Valves for Y1, Y2. Repeat and positioning accuracy can be 0.01mm;
- Bosch or Japan low noise and high efficient gear pump is used for main hydraulic system. Suction port and high pressure middle filter are applied; Main seals are from NOK or SKF; Seamless steel is used for hydraulic pipe; Bite type tube fittings are used;
- High quality steel plate welded machine body, with vibration stress released and shoot blast oxide layer removed; Antioxidant Antirust Paint is applied;
- Ram is with Anti-tilt device for machine protection; all axes are with soft or hard safety limit; emergency stops installed on controller and foot pedal;
- Side and rear protection fence for machine length up to 4m length; Optic side or rear safety protection is optional;
